FishMore Company Limited One-Year Warranty
- FishMore Company ("FishMore") warrants its products against defects in workmanship for a period of one year from the original date of purchase by the original purchaser.
- Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
- To start the warranty process, please contact customer_support@fishmorecompany.com.
- FishMore recommends you obtain a tracking number for your return, as we are unable to confirm receipt of your returned product.
- FishMore is not liable for returned items that are lost, stolen, or damaged during the shipping process.
- If the product is deemed defective due to workmanship, you will receive a replacement of the same or equivalent item.
Caution
- Prolonged exposure to sunlight and/or extreme heat may cause the T3 Pro Insert and/or lures inside to deform. We recommend keeping your tackle box away from direct sunlight and/or extreme heat when not in use. It is the user's responsibility to store and care for the product in appropriate conditions.
- Please note that failure to follow these instructions may result in damage to the product and loss of functionality. We are not responsible for any damage to the product resulting from exposure to heat or other environmental conditions. If you have any questions or concerns about the use or care of your product, please contact us for assistance.
Warranty Disclaimer and Limitations
- This warranty is the only express warranty provided by FishMore. No other express warranties are made.
- Any implied warranties, including those of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the duration of this express warranty. Note: Some states do not allow limitations on the duration of implied warranties, so this limitation may not apply to you.
- FishMore is not liable for any incidental or consequential damages, whether resulting from breach of warranty or contract, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory. Note: Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so this exclusion may also not apply to you.
- This warranty provides you with specific legal rights. You may also have additional rights that vary by state.
- This warranty is valid only in the United States. No FishMore reseller, employee, or agent is authorized to modify, extend, or add to this warranty in any way.
- FishMore’s sole responsibility under this warranty is to provide a replacement if the product has a defect that qualifies under the terms of the warranty.
- In certain situations, the FishMore Company Warranty does not apply, and in those cases, refunds or replacements will not be issued. All such sales are considered final.
Shipping Info
- FishMore Company ships using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on destination and package size. Transit times may vary by location.
- If a package is lost or delayed in transit, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking information. FishMore Company is not responsible for delays by the carrier, incorrect shipping addresses, or weather-related events.
- If your tracking information shows "Delivered" but you did not receive your package, please check with neighbors or your local post office before contacting us. In these cases, FishMore Company is unable to replace or refund items that are confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
Shipping Damage Policy
- We take great care in packaging and preparing your order for shipment. However, once your order leaves our facility, FishMore Company has no control over how the carrier handles the package.
- If your shipment arrives with visible damage to the box or packaging, please contact us before opening it and within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the damaged packaging and shipping label so we can help determine next steps.
- Failure to report damage within this time frame may limit our ability to file a claim or issue a replacement.
Canada Shipping Disclaimer
- FishMore Company is not responsible for any duties, import fees, or taxes that may apply to shipments entering Canada. These costs are determined by Canadian customs and are the responsibility of the customer.
- If a package is refused or returned due to unpaid duties or taxes, the customer will be responsible for any additional return shipping or customs fees incurred by FishMore Company. These fees will be deducted from any refund issued once the returned package is received and inspected.
- Customs inspections and processing may cause delivery delays beyond the estimated transit times. FishMore Company has no control over those delays once a shipment has entered Canadian customs.
